Hilary Duff is making her highly-anticipated return to music with a new single titled “Mature,” set to be released in November. This marks her first release in ten years, following 2015’s “Sparks” from the album Breathe In.
The single’s cover art shows a layered image of Duff repeated three times, with the title written in pink. The announcement came after teasers on social media and followed her signing with Atlantic Records in September.
The news of her return delighted fans, leading to a reported 400% increase in searches for her music on Spotify, according to Rolling Stone.
Hilary Duff is also set to star in a new docuseries that will document her musical comeback, including studio sessions and preparations for upcoming performances. The series will be directed by Sam Wrench, known for work on Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour and A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter.
