Effective November 1, 2025, the Ontario Energy Board implemented updated electricity rates for Time-of-Use (TOU), Ultra‑Low Overnight (ULO), and Tiered pricing plans. The winter TOU schedules and Tiered consumption thresholds also took effect on this date.
ULO hours continue to remain consistent throughout the year, offering predictable overnight pricing. Customers participating in the Regulated Price Plan can choose their preferred rate option among TOU, ULO, and Tiered structures.
On the same date, the Ontario Electricity Rebate (OER) adjusted to 23.5%, providing additional cost relief for eligible residential customers.
