Unofficial results indicate that Steven Neuhaus has been re-elected as Orange County Executive for a four-year term.
- Steven Neuhaus (incumbent, Republican): 39,429 votes (57.9%)
- Michael Sussman (Democrat): 28,613 votes (42.1%)
District Attorney
David Hoovler was also re-elected as Orange County District Attorney, securing another four-year term.
- David Hoovler (incumbent, Republican): 31,883 votes (53.2%)
- Alan Joseph (Democrat): 28,082 votes (46.8%)
New York State Supreme Court Justice, 9th Judicial District
Eight candidates competed for four open seats on the State Supreme Court in the 9th Judicial District, which includes Orange County as well as Dutchess, Putnam, Rockland, and Westchester counties.
