Modular Data Center Operator BluSky AI to Lease 5 Acres in Oklahoma

BluSky AI, a modular data center operator, has signed a letter of intent to lease five acres of land in Mulhall, Oklahoma. The lease is set for ten years, with two optional five-year extensions, potentially lasting up to twenty years.

Mulhall lies north of Oklahoma City, within one of the state’s busiest data center regions. According to the lease terms, the company will pay a base rent of $4,000 per month, plus $2,500 per megawatt per month for up to 16.3 MW. Any additional capacity will be billed at a reduced rate of $1,000 per megawatt per month.

BluSky AI, formerly known as Inception Mining, rebranded as a modular data center company in April after divesting its Clavo Rico gold mine in Honduras to Mother Lode Mining.

Following its rebranding, BluSky launched its first data center and signed an acquisition and power agreement with Digital Asset Management LLC, a Wyoming-based partner also headed by BluSky’s CEO.

In September, the company took another step forward by signing a letter of intent for a modular facility in Juab County, Utah. Additionally, BluSky has secured land for future projects in Milford, Utah; Wells, Nevada; and Huerfano County, Colorado.
