At the core, a compote of sour cherries and amarena cherry pieces adds freshness and a subtle fruity acidity that balances the rich chocolate. The base is a moist biscuit made with chocolate and buckwheat flour, accented by roasted notes and paired with a sweet, enveloping Madagascar Bourbon vanilla cream.
