Kenneth Lam, 57, a human rights lawyer from Hong Kong, has been charged with three counts of indecent assault and one count of criminal intimidation. The allegations concern incidents involving a domestic helper earlier this year.
Lam appeared for a second time at Kowloon City Court on Monday. The alleged offenses took place at a flat in Jordan’s Takshing Terrace between July 2 and July 9, according to official court documents.
