South Korean Singer Hyuna Collapses on Stage at Macau Music Festival

Hyuna, the 33-year-old South Korean artist, fainted during her performance of the 2011 hit "Bubble Pop!" at the Waterbomb Macau music festival on November 9. Videos shared on social media show her collapsing mid-performance, prompting immediate assistance from two backup dancers and security, who carried her off the stage.

This incident has raised concerns about Hyuna’s health, with fans awaiting official updates on her condition.

Hyuna’s Apology and Explanation

Later on November 9, Hyuna, known for being a former member of K-pop groups such as Wonder Girls, 4Minute, and Triple H, posted on Instagram to apologize and assure fans she was fine.

“I’m truly sorry. It was only a short time since my last performance, but I wanted to show you my best side.”

She admitted having no memory of fainting and expressed regret to the audience in Macau who had paid to see her show.

“I’ll try to build up my stamina and work hard consistently. It will be so great if everything goes my way, but I’ll try my best.”

Earlier, on October 3, Hyuna had caused concern among fans with an Instagram post about her eating habits and weight management.
