2027 Kia Telluride Will Make Range Rover Owners Jealous

The upcoming 2027 Kia Telluride debuts with a confident design and a price that will stay well below the six-figure mark. Following Hyundai’s Palisade, which hinted at an older Range Rover aesthetic, Kia’s new SUV again draws clear inspiration from Land Rover’s styling language.

While Kia has yet to release detailed information about available powertrains or pricing, the company has provided a complete visual presentation of the SUV, highlighting both exterior and interior improvements. The showcase includes the SX Prestige and X-Pro trims, with the latter returning after first appearing in the 2023 facelift.

“With Telluride, it was a matter of being tailored and restrained – dare I say, anti-design. With that approach, it was about capturing strength and luxury, tradition and modernness, into a single expression. That's what Opposites United enabled us to do.” – Tom Kearns, vice president and senior chief designer, Kia Design Center America

The second-generation Telluride is larger in every dimension. The SUV has grown by 2.3 inches overall and has a wheelbase nearly 3 inches longer than before. It now stands about an inch taller, while the front fascia adopts new vertical headlights and retains distinctive amber lighting on upper trims.
