Glen Powell Pursues Film and TV Degree
Is there anything Glen Powell can't do? The actor recently revealed he's quietly working toward a bachelor’s degree at a well-known university, proving he truly can juggle it all.
Academic Journey
Glen initially enrolled at the University of Texas in 2008 after finishing high school. However, as his acting career took off, he left college and moved to Los Angeles. Now, he is making a comeback to complete his education.
“I am enrolled at the University of Texas right now,” Glen told Variety. “It’s been nuts.”
He added that he started as an economics major but later transferred to the radio-television-film program to finish his degree.
“I’m finishing properly. I’m not doing the honorary degree… I’m taking six credits a semester. So, I will finish in spring 2027.”
Upcoming Graduation Plans
Glen even invited his co-stars from The Running Man, Josh Brolin and Lee Pace, to celebrate with him in Austin.
“I’ll throw a graduation party if you guys want to tear it up in Austin.”
