Luther: Idris Elba and Ruth Wilson Reunite for Netflix Film
Idris Elba and Ruth Wilson are set to reunite in a new Luther film for Netflix, written by the series creator Neil Cross. Filming is scheduled to begin in 2026.

Plot Overview

While Alice Morgan was believed dead after the final season of the TV show on the BBC, she did not appear in the previous Netflix movie, Luther: The Fallen Sun, where Schenk was present. This new film marks her unexpected return.
