"In the morning, the Russians again targeted our energy infrastructure. Specialists have already begun repairs and are doing everything possible to restore power as quickly as possible. However, the final extent of the damage and the timing of the restoration have yet to be determined,"
said Vadym Filashkin, the head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration. Despite the outage, the region's "points of invincibility" are operational, providing essential services like heat, electricity, and internet access.
