Fixing the "Authentication Failed" Roblox Error 429
Error 429, which has an “Authentication Failed” message, occurs for some players when they try to play Roblox games.
“When I try to launch an experience from the (Roblox) website, 90% of the time it says error 429, and my settings won’t save anymore.”
Players can’t access and play Roblox games when that error arises.
To resolve the issue, checking the Roblox server status may reveal there’s a general server-side issue causing the “Authentication Failed” Roblox error 429.
