Increased Adoption of Care Coordination App at Barnsley Hospital
More clinical staff at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are using a care coordination app for digital handovers.
Since implementing System C's CareFlow Connect app, the trust has seen a monthly increase in usage, with nearly 30,000 handovers completed in November.
The technology integrates with Barnsley's CareFlow EPR, providing staff with a patient's full information on mobile devices, including real-time updated notes and a robust audit trail.
