Germany to Acquire US Equipment for F127 Frigates
Germany has requested to acquire US equipment, including the SPY-6 radar, for its F127 frigates.
If approved, Germany would be the first country outside the US to acquire this technology, currently used by the US Navy.
The design for the new F127 frigates will be based on the MEKO A-400.
