Construction Underway at Orange City's Windmill Park
Work to renovate Orange City's Windmill Park has begun and is expected to be completed by December.
Crews are adding new features to the area, with much of the concrete pavement already finished.
- Tulips will be planted for next year's Orange City Tulip Festival.
- A new structure, which was recently purchased and manufactured, will be set in place in the coming weeks.
"The progress has really come together over the last couple months and we anticipate it really changing more in the next couple weeks and being a great asset to our downtown park,"
said Matt Van Schouwen, Orange City city administrator.
