Delhi Consumer Commission has fined Amazon and Apario Retail Rs 61,990 for sending the wrong laptop and refusing refund.
A district consumer dispute resolution commission in Delhi has ordered the two companies to pay Rs 61,990, along with 9% interest, for their mistake.
