US and UK authorities have imposed sanctions on Chen Zhi, a British-Cambodian tycoon, and his company, Prince Group, accused of running cyberscam operations.

Chen Zhi, 37, was born in China and holds both British and Cambodian citizenship. He is the chairman of Prince Holding Group, one of Cambodia's largest conglomerates.

Chen Zhi has been indicted in the US for allegedly running transnational fraud schemes that have netted billions of dollars, with some workers reportedly being trafficked.
