Missing Adult Found in Wooded Area
Franklin County officials have located a missing adult, Charles Shane Pritchard, in a wooded area off Black Rock Road.
Pritchard was found at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday and was immediately attended to by emergency personnel. He was taken to a local hospital for medical treatment.
While Pritchard was in critical condition when located, we are grateful that he was found and able to receive prompt medical care. There is no suspicion of foul play.
