Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property Gets New Bar Room
The Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property (ATFP) has introduced a new Bar Room to improve working conditions for lawyers.
Located in Khan Market, Delhi, ATFP is one of the country's oldest tribunals, handling appeals under key legislations such as the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), Prohibition of Benami Property Transactions Act (PBPT), Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS), Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), and Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act (SAFEMA).
Recently, lawyers appearing before the tribunal formed the Appellate Tribunal for Forfeited Property Bar Association.
