STONE drop new single, announce second album AUTONOMY

STONE Release New Single and Announce Second Album AUTONOMY

STONE have dropped their new single, MONKEY SEE MONKEY DO, a "gritty, unfiltered and restless" track from their upcoming second album AUTONOMY, set to release on February 20, 2026, via V2.

Following their debut album Fear Life For A Lifetime, the Liverpool band, consisting of Fin Power, Elliot Gill, Sarah Surrage, and Alex Smith, have created what they describe as their "most collaborative, personal and real music yet".

MONKEY SEE MONKEY DO is about "temptation and the chaos of partying when control slips away. The birdy in your ear screams for more and the mirror only reflects something you do not want to see. The chant of 'MONKEY SEE MONKEY DO' captures that loss of control.

The song also touches on the music industry, exploring the tension between authenticity and the preferred image of the media.
