Funeral Service for Former Ambassador Nathi Mthethwa
Former Ambassador Nathi Mthethwa will be laid to rest at his homestead in KwaZulu-Natal with a Special Official Funeral Category 2, as granted by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Mthethwa, who served as South Africa's Ambassador to France, passed away two weeks ago after a fatal fall from the 22nd floor of a Paris hotel.
His body was repatriated from France on Friday and transported to his homestead in KwaMbonambi, KwaZulu-Natal, where the funeral service is being held.
President Ramaphosa is expected to deliver the eulogy for the former Cabinet Minister.
