Disney+'s churn rate increased from 4% to 8%, while Hulu's climbed from 5% to 10% in September.
According to Antenna, Disney+ had 2.18 million sign-ups, while Hulu had 2.1 million sign-ups. However, the monthly churn rate jumped significantly for both services.
An Antenna spokesperson stated that the estimated cancellation volumes for Disney+ and Hulu totaled 3 million and 4.1 million, respectively.
