Pottsville School Celebrates Farmers and Healthy Ingredients
Pottsville DHH Lengel Middle School's cafeteria staff received a warm appreciation from students for the meal they had prepared.
Students and staff enjoyed homemade sloppy joes with grass-fed beef and BBQ chicken made from ingredients sourced from local farms, including Honey Brook Farm, Jersey Acres Farm, and Anderson Farms.

- Jersey Acres Farm in Pine Grove supplied fresh orchard apples.
- Anderson Farms in Friedensburg provided veggie cups and vegetable-infused pasta salad.
