Élisabeth Pion Wins Gold at 2025 Honens International Piano Competition
Canadian pianist Élisabeth Pion, 30, has won the 2025 Honens International Piano Competition in Calgary.
Pion impressed the jury and audience with performances of Franck's Piano Quintet in F minor and Prokofiev's Third Piano Concerto.
Her poise and artistry earned her the competition's $100,000 top prize, the Audience Choice Award, and a place in Honens's Artist Development Program.
