Zidane's Return to Football Management
Zinedine Zidane plans to return to management in the near future, having been out of football management since 2021.
After a legendary playing career, Zidane returned to Real Madrid as a manager, where he coached Real Madrid Castilla before being appointed Real manager in January 2016.
Achievements as Real Manager
Across two spells as Real manager, Zidane won an impressive three Champions Leagues and two La Liga titles.
However, he resigned from his post after failing to win a trophy in the 2020/21 season.
Future Plans
Zidane has been linked with several positions, including the Manchester United job, but he has his eyes on coaching the France national team.
"I will definitely return to coaching. I don't know why it didn't happen."
Zidane is holding out for his 'dream' job, and it seems that managing the France national team or another top team is his priority.
