Council Agrees to Additional Payment for RAAC Private Homeowners
Aberdeen City Council has agreed in principle to make an additional payment to private RAAC homeowners.
- £44,000 for a four-bedroomed property
- £37,000 for a three-bedroomed property
- £20,000 for a one-bedroomed property
This payment is on top of the existing market value, legal and professional fee payments.
Homeowners who have already agreed terms may be offered the money retrospectively.
The agreement is subject to compliance with the Council’s statutory duties.
