Industry RiNo Station Faces Challenges
Industry RiNo Station, a 170,000-square-foot office building, has fallen below half-leased due to the loss of its largest tenant, OneTrust.
The building was 46% leased as of August, down from 75% at the start of the year. OneTrust, an Atlanta-based software firm, had occupied 37,000 square feet but is no longer on the rent roll.
However, the building's second-largest tenant, DispatchHealth, has recently renewed its lease, providing a positive note for the property.
OneTrust did not respond to a request for comment.
