Temple Women's Basketball Aims to Overcome Semifinal Shortcomings
Temple Women's Basketball is gearing up for the 2025-26 season with a revamped roster and a challenging non-conference schedule, seeking to reach the American Conference Championship game.
Head coach Diane Richardson is determined to change the team's recent fate, having lost to Rice in the conference tournament semifinals for two consecutive seasons. Richardson's team won 20 games in each of the last two seasons, a feat not achieved since 2014-17.
The Owls will rely on returning players, including guards Tristen Taylor and Kaylah Turner, and forward Jaleesa Molina, to lead the team to success.
