New Waterford Expands
The small community of New Waterford is making progress in business expansion.
Village council passed an ordinance for the annexation of village-owned land for an industrial park on the west side of the village.
“That’s a big step in the vision we have for an industrial park on the west side of the village,”
said New Waterford Mayor Shane Patrone. The village is looking to annex 8.238 acres from Unity Township.
Columbiana County Commissioners accepted the annexation petition.
