Cash Bond Set for Teen Charged with Capital Murder

A Bay Springs teenager, Tylar Jarod Goodloe, 18, was charged with capital murder on Sunday in connection to a homecoming night shooting at Heidelberg High School.

Two counts of capital murder were filed against Goodloe, along with a charge of possession of a deadly weapon on educational property.

The incident occurred on Friday night, leaving two dead and another injured after a homecoming football game.

Jasper County Justice Court Judge Jacqueline Barnett set a cash-only bond at $2,010,000.

No breakdown was available for each charge.

Goodloe was taken into custody on Saturday and officially booked into the Jasper County Jail on Sunday.
