FAISALABAD: South Africa secured an emphatic eight-wicket win over Pakistan in the second ODI of the three-match series at Iqbal Stadium on Thursday. The triumph leveled the series 1–1, with the deciding match scheduled for Saturday at the same venue.

Set a target of 270, South Africa chased it down with 59 balls to spare, losing only two wickets. The visitors dominated from the start, fueled by an explosive 81-run opening partnership between Lhuan-dre Pretorius and Quinton de Kock.
