U18 Trappers Dominate Majors
The North Bay U18 Trappers continued their winning streak with two home victories over the Timmins Majors at the Boart Longyear Memorial Gardens.
On Saturday, goaltender Logan Coates led the team to a 5-0 win, with goals from Frank Popkie, Jayson Synnott, William Fournier, Aydin Beharie, and Liam Starcevic. Popkie and Fournier also had two assists each.
On Sunday, the Trappers won 11-2, with seven goals in the second period. Fournier, Philippe Lafontaine, Liam Starcevic, and Cedar Montreuil each had four-point outings.
The wins bring the U18 Trappers to 7-0 for the season.
