Free agent center Precious Achiuwa has agreed to a deal with the Sacramento Kings, according to Shams Charania of ESPN. Achiuwa, a 2020 first-round pick, enters his sixth NBA season.
The Kings plan to waive second-year center Isaac Jones to clear a roster spot for Achiuwa, per the same report.
Earlier, Donatas Urbonas of BasketNews reported that several EuroLeague teams were also interested in the 26-year-old Achiuwa.
Jones, 25, is in his second season with the Kings, averaging 1.0 point and 0.7 rebounds in 5.7 minutes per game.
