Travel and lifestyle aggregator DreamFolks has purchased a 60.2% stake in Easy to Travel (ETT), a Dubai-based platform specializing in airport services distribution. This strategic acquisition aims to broaden DreamFolks' presence beyond its existing markets.
ETT offers clients access to a wide range of airport services, enhancing convenience for travelers. With this deal, DreamFolks plans to leverage ETT's established network in the Middle East, thus extending its global footprint.
"This acquisition not only strengthens our position in the airport services ecosystem but also opens new avenues for growth in international markets," said a DreamFolks representative.
By integrating ETT’s platform, DreamFolks targets an expanded consumer base and aims to provide seamless access to premium airport experiences across a larger geographic area.
