Marines Destroy Russian Artillery Systems Shelling Kherson
Over the past four days, the 30th Marine Corps destroyed four Russian artillery systems that were shelling Kherson, as reported by Colonel Oleksandr Zavtonov, spokesperson for the 30th Marine Corps of the Ukrainian Navy.
According to Colonel Zavtonov, between October 7 and 10, Russian forces carried out 38 artillery attacks on settlements within the defense zone of the 30th Marine Corps, with Kherson suffering the most due to its location "on the frontline."
“Unlike the Russian occupiers, we do not position our artillery within urban areas so as not to endanger civilians. Nevertheless, we have the means to counter such terrorist attacks,”
added Zavtonov.
