Actor Chad Michael Murray admitted he has been keeping a small secret from his wife, Sarah Roemer. The revelation came during an episode of Cosmopolitan’s Blind Date, where the Gilmore Girls star was asked about something his wife doesn’t know.
“Probably that I secretly want more kids. I think four kids would be awesome. However, it’s probably not a great idea. This last one is really, whoof, she’s a wild card. She’s one … She’s the baby boss.”
Currently a father to three children—a ten-year-old son, an eight-year-old daughter, and a one-year-old daughter—Murray suggested that life with their youngest child keeps them busy enough. Still, he can’t help but imagine expanding the family.
In another interview with The Drew Barrymore Show, Murray shared that his father, Rex, raised him and his five siblings alone. The actor expressed deep admiration for his father’s dedication and parenting strength.
“I always told myself if I could be half the man that my dad was then I’m doing alright.”
Murray previously reflected on parenthood in an interview with The Everygirl, calling children “the best reflection in the world.” His comments highlight his strong bond with family and the values passed down from his father.
Murray openly shared his wish for more children and his ongoing effort to live up to the example set by his devoted single father, Rex.
