Craft a Poppy to Mark Remembrance Day at Haringey Libraries

Families with young children are invited to commemorate Remembrance Day on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, at several local libraries across Haringey. Each venue will host creative sessions where children can make their own paper poppies and take part in meaningful community events.

Poppy Craft Sessions

These sessions are best suited for children aged three and above. Once finished, participants can display their handmade poppies on the Remembrance Day boards at Hornsey or Marcus Garvey Library.

“You and your little ones can also make a field of poppies at Stroud Green and Harringay Library on Monday, 17 November 2025 (3:30pm–4:30pm, suitable for ages 5+).”
